“Yesterday the charging station malfunctioned, overheated, and fused the charging cable to my car. It took 7 hours and the technician to remove the cable. Electrify America refuses to pay $3500 repair to my car because they can hide behind their “terms and conditions”. “Hit or miss on whether or not the chargers work. Luckily I got one today with a pretty good speed. I agree with the other posters that electrify America has a long way to go to satisfying EV customers.
