I don’t have a membership to electrify America, which was fine because I could use the terminal without an app (thank God) or creating an account (thank God again!). There is a price per minute as well, so I wouldn’t charge and walk away. Which is honestly fair because it charges so quickly you wouldn’t want to block someone else while you shop. I arrived at 6:30 on a Friday night. The mall was hopping, but I pulled straight into a spot without any waiting.
