“Difficult to find these charging stations. They are tucked in a location that is partially occluded by a parking structure and staircase. They are also older machines, not well lit, like the banks of other branded stations nearby. There are not enough EvGo stations here, and the ones there do not support dual charging. I was able to reserve a station, but the Google Maps directions DO NOT accurately describe how to find the pitiful two or three EvGo stations which are partially hidden from view due to their location in the parking structure. Due to the difficulties in locating the EvGo stations, I was unable to find the stations in time to make my reservation. I was then charged an extra $5 for missing the reservation time. These stations get a lot of competition for use and they are also more expensive than most of the other EvGo public stations I've used (this is partly due to San Diego Gouge and Extortion (gas and electric) Time Of Use as it was between the hours of 4pm - 9pm which is when they charge the most - and should be illegal - price gouging.)” — Hope Lanza (Embra), a year ago
