“I do not believe this charger is functioning properly. The experience was extremely frustrating. The charging station indicated that the vehicle was connected, but the mobile app showed that it was not connected. Customer support was unable to resolve the issue, and I was also unable to use the “tap to verify” function as instructed. Overall, the charging process was very difficult to understand and use. It appears that Charger 480 may be out of service or malfunctioning. Another major issue is the lack of cellular signal in the garage. The only reason I was able to continue troubleshooting was because my apartment provides Wi-Fi. Without Wi-Fi, it would have been impossible to contact customer support or attempt to resolve the problem. The combination of a confusing charging process, conflicting system status, and poor connectivity created a very poor user experience” — Wayne Chung, 2 months ago

“You will have to enter the garage, underground, off of Broadway. Google will not direct you correctly. Note that parking is supposed to cost money, but you can park for free for 1 hour with validation. You do not have to buy anything for validation! You can simply scan your ticket near the elevators. The gate, however, is often stuck in the up position, meaning parking is typically free and unlimited. Hard to set up charging, but eventually got it to work through the new Blink app. Note that Blink has changed their charging app and the old app will not work.” — Joel Gombiner, 3 years ago
