“There are two charging stalls here. One of which is marked handicap and is always empty. Most of the EV drivers here come from out of town and come to ski or hike, go figure the chances of a handicapped skier needing to charge here. The charger is recently marked EVgo, but my EVgo app could not get it started. My EVgo account does not have a payment method, and this is an affiliate charger, not a real EVgo charger, so that may be why. My Blink app has a payment method and was able to get it to charge. The charging rate is about 6 kw, and there is no overnight parking here. The lodging route of ski shuttle stops nearby, so it is a good idea to charge the car here and take the shuttle to the ski resort. I stayed at a nearby resort and was able to get three hours of continuous charging. I haven't tried the day charge yet.” — Robert Xu, a year ago

“It works at 5.4kW speed and super convenient. Folks posting negative reviews are likely clueless in setting up a simple online account. It took me 90 seconds to install the Blink Networks app, create account, add credit card and then I plugged in the cable, in the app, chose to search a station, entered the serial displayed on the LCD (it cycles through), and charging started. I specifically posted this to counter negative ones which are simply nothing but a user error. Granted it's not a plug'n'charge, I'm glad they have this service to charge my car. As for free.. Apps like plugshare are not reliable to determine if a station is free. You need to think about it. Why would anyone provide free electricity?. Only if it's a loss leader for you to pay them in other way; say a store or hotel stay.
