“There wasn't a problem charging my vehicle. The problem I've had is the lack of a proper receipt for the transaction. If I were to use a pump at a gas station. If I know the exact pump number, card used, transaction amount and date of the transaction, I can go to the gas station the next day and get a proper receipt. If you don't have an account with EA and you call customer service with the charge location, transaction amount and card used for the transaction they cannot provide a proper receipt. They can only send you a text of the transaction details but it will not show the card that was used for the transaction. This makes it tough for reimbursement.
