“Screen does not display anything.. the card reader is another menace, barely functional.. there's a lot of bugs that HQ will need to fix.. here's how to make it work properly, you'll need to leave it plugged in.. swipe ur card, remove the charge nozzle and put it in the car, then tap for payment.. this is the only way it works, otherwise you'll be stuck with "payment declined", machine just glitches/ bugs out.. needs to be fixed for sure.. also, there's a precharge of $60 before you get ur full bill.. changed from 6% - 70% was $38.52 that only shows for a brief sec on the POS.. but avoid using this.. not worth the hassle” — Nasseem Karamuth, 5 months ago

“On my way back from windsor, I stopped by here. The place is good but there is nothing much to do while waiting. Very overpriced, 0.70 per kw. Also, the power calculation is overrated. My Mercedes EQB 250 has 77 kw battery capacity. I came here at 36% battery and stopped at 92%, so the total power I used is 56%, and in kw, it comes to 43.12 KW, but they charged me for 54 KW, I think there should be some regulatory body which check their meters like the ones we have at gas station.” — Waqar Azeem, a year ago
