“One charger out of order and the other droid the session after a couple minutes. Called the help number and waited over 5 minutes to talk to someone who restarted the machine remotely. Still failed. I had to drive to Tilbury to the Electrify Canada station. Update: I reached out to Ivy as they requested in response to this review. They confirmed what I indicated in my review and that I have had successful charging sessions at other locations at other times. That confirmation does not ensure that an Ivy charger will work for me when I need to charge my car. I cannot rely on chance when I am trying to get somewhere. “One of the 2 CCS chargers was offline Sun Aug 17 2025. The working unit only charges at 70kw. Stopped randomly twice mid charge with no notification. Got about 10 minutes of effective charge time. the IVY app is also not easy to use.
