“This was the worst charging experience in my several years of owning an EV. Charging is free but you have to pay to park in a free parking lot? The app itself didn’t work, I had to create an account twice and pay separately twice only for the stations to provide 0 power and stop the connection. “Quite possibly the worst charging experience I've had. Requires an app, the app tries to get you to load $20 minimum pre payment even though it isn't required. Then once charging started for wife and i's cars my pedestal apparently tripped a breaker and the whole thing stayed black the rest of the night. Wife's car just said error 5 minutes after starting and then could never start again. Moved to a different pedestal and app said error can't start charging. Utterly useless.
