“The charging station is located in a church parking lot. Google Maps will try to take you to the Utica Square parking lot. The charging station is not in that parking lot. Instead it is a South across the street. Like many surrounding Francis charging stations, these do not work. Even if they look like they're going to work the charging does not begin because after connecting the screen does not change.
