“NEED BETTER INSTRUCTION I had to wait for a space when I got there. There was an idiot who took up two stalls because she parked her car incorrectly. I had a frustrating time getting the charging started. I hate that every charging company uses different processes of payment and procedures. It took me almost ten minutes to finally get it to start charging. I had hooked up the CCS plug to my car and assumed it would know that I am not using CHAdeMO (since my car had a message that it was calculating). What you need to do first is to select by touchscreen which plug you are using before processing payment. I wish they would flash the step-by-step instructions on the screen.” — afmx1, a year ago
