“Pretty poor experience...3 of the 4 chargers were in some way broken...mostly unable to read rfid cards or credit cards. Luckily the last one I got was able to charge...of course I looked at my credit card charge and saw they put a $25 pending charge for a $2.80 session cost...that was not noted anywhere on their charger. Also...I've never seen such thick charging cables...very difficult to maneuver around. My advice? Skip these chargers and find either a ChargePoint or EVgo somewhere else...or drive a Tesla and use their far superior supercharger network!” — Roger H, 5 months ago
