“TLDR: DO NOT COME HERE! You’ve been warned. I wish I could give this charger a -5 stars. This is the absolute worst charging experience I’ve ever had in my entire five years of having a Tesla. For starters 95% of the cars that come here are non-Tesla cars. This causes a variety of problems first being that they take FOREVER to charge meaning the line gets ridiculous. I waited 2.5 hours to charge and I couldn’t leave because I got here with a low battery which leads me to my next point. For some reason, the Tesla app does not include these ridiculously long charging cars in the estimated wait time so the app said there was a less than five minute wait, so I figured it would be fine to go with only a few miles left on my battery. Boy was I wrong. Like I said we had to wait for 2.5 hours and turn off the car in 15°F weather with two cats in the car because of this terrible charger and horrible Tesla app. Additionally, the other cars charge in different positions than Teslas so because they fill the spots weirdly so some chargers, go unused for their long charging time simply because they’re in a weird position and no one can fit in the spot. Insane! And on top of all of that, some of the chargers didn’t even work!!! I’m dumbfounded! I truly don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything this infuriating. I will never be back, but for the sake of others, please please please someone, anyone do something about this!!! “The chargers are very fast for Tesla cars, but somehow it became a central spot for all non-tesla cars (especially Fusken Oceans - I wonder if there is like a dealership somewhere nearby or smth) to charge. Non-tesla cars have a much slower charge speed which creates a huuuuge wait line and they don’t show up as in route to the Tesla chargers which creates a wrong estimate of the wait time!
